This apartment was perfect! It is spacious, clean and well decorated. The views are absolutely stunning and you’ll find yourself not wanting to leave the actual apartment as it’s so tranquil! The host was very friendly and helpful. The area of calheta is beautiful.

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect. However be aware if you have mobility issues or children etc as it is very up hill - however this is no issues as long as you have a car :)

The apartment is really nice, has everything one needs, is very well and modern equipped, spacious and comfortable. The view from the two terraces is absolutely amazing, I loved sitting there in the evening and enjoying. There is a garage available, and a lift, which is very good and comfortable.

I would absolutely NOT recommend for families with very young children, since the railings on the terrace are unsafe for kids (wondering, how this could have been approved by the authorities). It is not as quiet as expected, you hear the noise and sounds from the whole valley (disco, cars, neighbours). The host was not really welcoming. She tried to give us the exact hour when we should arrive, instead of accommodating to our needs. There were a few things broken / not functioning in the apartment (which happens, no issue there), but there was not a single “sorry” from her.

L’appartement était spacieux, propre avec une vue magnifique. Le garage était grandement apprécié pour la voiture.

Spacious appartment, fantastic view on Calheta and the ocean, great pool, friendly host.

When you go for diner in the evening, you need to get up the hill again and that's quite a walk. Or you take the car or Bolt/taxi.
