Spacious and cozy apartment near Metro A in Rome composed of 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 living room and 2 balconies. The recently renovated property with free WiFi, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Guests can enjoy air conditioning, two balconies and streaming services. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, fridge and freezer and much more. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, desk, and outdoor furniture. This spacious apartment consists of 1 living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower and bidet. This air-conditioned apartment includes one dining area, 5 flat-screen TVs with streaming services (one in each room). The unit offers 6 beds.

!! ALLOWED TO ENTER THE APARTMENT IS PERMITTED UNTIL 00:30 AM !! For late entrance from 10:00 PM to 00:30 AM, a surcharge of €50 will apply.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEN BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
- Tourist taxes (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings over a week, a weekly cleaning of €90 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking
IMPORTANT: To complete the online check, you must enter the photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is not valid.
Upon request, guests must submit documents relating to the registration of incoming people.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the Link sent by our staff.
INFO CHECK OUT: Excluding situations where late check out is granted, if the check out time at 10 am is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be applied after the first 15 minutes and € 50 after a 25-minute delay in vacating the property.
*In the event that the Landlord is unable to vacate the apartment within the established day and time of the Checkout (10 AM), the Landlord, from now on, authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to vacate the apartment from
all personal effects, objects or things owned by the Host. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), in the best possible way, all the Landlord's assets and return them to him at his first request.
*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.

This is a fantastic apartment! Well suited for a group or family who are visiting Rome. Great communication with the host and wonderful assistance with transport to/from the airport. We’d stay here again with out any hesitation!
