Very clean, very comfortable! AC worked great which was important to our group. Communication was great and any issues promptly attended to. Would highly recommend!

Everything was very fresh/new and clean and comfortable. The putting holes and hot tub are fun details and there is a nice sitting area in the back. Some of the neighboring houses are in poor condition, but the location is actually very quiet and private. Neighbors seemed for polite and it is a convenient location to get to downtown activities, Pearl markets and Brackenridge Park.

Very clean and updated. Very convenient to Pearl and Trinity/Incarnate Word Universities. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose this house because the proximity was near a family reunion. A GOOD choice indeed! The home was immaculate, had fun spaces, especially outdoor, in which to relax, and was very well appointed. Our group of 8 fit VERY comfortably in the house. Walkability to coffee shops and the Pearl, which is chock full of casual eating and shopping options. The back and side yard were perfect hangout places because a tall, attractive, wooden fence gave us complete privacy. The hot tub (in February) was sparkling clean and fun whether at morning or night. The neighborhood is up and coming - which is okay by us, especially since the house is so wonderful. Part of the US Army base sits across the street - it is used for housing and training horses - not a bad view!We would stay there again in a heart beat.
