Was great. We had it for a 3 day reunion of friends from 40 years ago from all over the US. Was perfect. You will want to bring extra supplies like paper towels, trash bags, disposable stuff was in short supply for us. Beautiful spot and nice and well maintained property.

The upstairs floor is one great room with a big, warm and inviting kitchen in which everyone can participate with meal preparation and cooking. The outdoor deck is a great place to read in the morning or share a cocktail in the evening. The Hot Tub is hot! The showers are hot. The bathrooms are good but not epic. The mattresses are OK but not hotel quality. Three levels so you can be separated if you want. The fireplace in the main room is warm and cozy. Great dinner table in the main room. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful family vacation. We could squeeze four cars into the parking spaces. As far as travel is concerned, if it is icy or snowy, there is a steep hill to climb and four wheel drive may be necessary. The location is close to downtown Gatlinburg, perhaps a ten-minute drive but not really walkable. Still, only 1 mile as the crow flies.
