If you are looking for a beach vacation getaway with the family this is not the place. The 5 minute walk is only access into the water with no place to setup. You will need to drive with a family (golf cart/ car) and fight for parking at any of the the public beach access points. Traffic is horrible up and down 30A and the local business industry does not seem to staff for the number of visitors. There are waits and long lines for almost everything. The house is as shown and beautiful. We had a problem with the Kitchen sink drain at the end of our stay and Gulf Life left us without a working sink for the last two days of our stay.
