Excellent stay! Great location, newer building and very helpful communication from host. Melissa was very welcoming and wonderful with answering questions. Close to everything but still quiet. Parking is covered and on the property, which was a definite plus. Incredibly clean and well decorated while still being inviting. Bedding is also very nice. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Flooring is starting to wear and tear a bit, but expected for short-term rental in Nashville. Easy access with door codes. Have already recommended to others and would stay here again!

This property is fantastic, very clean and spacious. It is in close proximity to broadway and music row.We will definately being staying here again!
