The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed and another with two single beds — providing flexibility for various group types. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a showerhead, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all essentials for cooking homemade meals, along with a compact dining table for up to 4 guests. Guests can unwind in the comfortable living room, complete with a TV — a perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the Highlands.
Located on the upper floor, access is via stairs only — you’ll need to climb two flights to reach the apartment.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Free private parking is available in front or at the back of the building, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
From this central location, you’ll be just a short walk from Inverness city centre, the River Ness, and the scenic Ness Islands — perfect for peaceful walks surrounded by nature. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the smart TV and having everything within walking distance. But, accessing the hot water for the tub and shower was a bit frustrating. Hot water switch must be turned on from the kitchen. Being from the US, we had not ever encountered this power saving usage. Our hot water is always on and works! I would have appreciated a note explaining this or a large sign in the kitchen by the switch pointing this out. Instead none of us had a hot shower after traveling that day. I also would have appreciated blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The sun is super bright in the early morning. All in all, it was a good stay once we figured out the hot water. Now we know. :-)

Lovely central, and yet fairy quiet location in Inverness. Easy walking to everything we wanted to see. In addition, having a Tesco a block away was wonderfully convenient.
