The Space:

Multigenerational trips and big family reunions need room to spread out without losing each other, and that is exactly what two full homes booked together give you. Each house has its own front door, kitchen, living room, and rooftop deck, so nobody is sharing walls or waiting on a bathroom line. Booking through VRBO as one reservation, your group gets full private use of both homes.



Home 1 holds four bedrooms built around a kitchen with a dark-cabinet island and bar seating, open to a living room with a wood slat TV wall, and its rooftop carries the "Music City" sign along with a grill, cornhole, and red stool bar seating looking out over the skyline.



Home 2 brings a second kitchen, a dining and bar nook with neon signage, and a converted-garage game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and its own "Nashville" neon sign, plus a separate shuffleboard room for after dark. Its rooftop has the American flag Nashville mural and more lounge seating for a second sunset toast.



Spend the day at The Parthenon or Centennial Park, grill out on either rooftop as the sun drops, then split between two game rooms for pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard before the whole group regroups upstairs under the string lights.
