Overall, the property has a pleasant outlook and is in a quiet location, while still being conveniently close to town for food and other essentials. The air conditioning worked well, the hot water was reliable, and the heated towel rack was a nice touch. There were, however, a few cleanliness issues that detracted from our stay. There was an unpleasant smell when we first entered the property, and we ended up using Glen 20 and eucalyptus spray to freshen the air. The kitchen and living room floors appeared to need a thorough clean. One of the hand towels had noticeable brown stains on it, so we put it aside and did not use it. We also noticed an unusual odour coming from the dishwasher. Addressing these housekeeping issues would make the property much more enjoyable for future guests.
