Not worth the discount unless you want to feel like you're camping outdoors.
Great location, a short walk from Enkplatz station for the underground into town and tram services. Also 1km away from a nearby surface train station (which can be taken by tram) to reach the airport for a train that's just as fast and cheaper than the CAT. Simmering Centrum shopping centre is also nearby for any clothes and supermarket needs along with the walk up to Zippererstraße having nice restaurants. Made it easy to escape from this apartment every day.
Bear in mind the asking price for this place is nearly €1150 a week without discounts
Bad Damp Smell in Bathroom constantly
Pooling water in shower
Ant infestation across multiple rooms, including the toilets, some of my friends in room 1 woke up to find ants were crawling on their clothes and suitcases
Living room couch unacceptably dirty - tried to hide it with grey (dirty) blankets in which popcorn was found underneath.
Out of interest tried to inspect the "sofa bed" part of the sofa but the mechanism looked too damaged it'd be unsafe to advertise it being there
Cleaner constantly in and out to use the washing machine for previous tenant's items, but leaving them in the machine leading to a guest needing to put it out. Cleaner then proceeded to not put away any of the clean linen and towels resulting in a pile folded by the guests building up on the sofa
Cleaner still cleaning on check in at 3pm leading to floor sopping wet
All mattresses badly stained with the mattress in room 3 collapsed on one side
Hairdryer not only working but unsafe when plugged in with fan rattling inside
Curtains too thin and small to block out the windows especially for a ground floor street facing bedrooms
Pillows old and in ragged clumps barely held together, rock hard and needing to be folded in half for any decent height
Quilts so thin there was no tog rating leading the heating needing to be cranked up to a relatively high level in order to sleep
All wardrobes rickety in one way or another leading to weariness in use
As mentioned in a previous review on the 12th of December 2025 a door was damaged (bedroom 2), however it didn't compromise the security of the room.

NO VENGAN

(A konyhapult egyetlen dugalja közvetlenül a tűzhely mögötti hátfalon található). Az egyik ajtón törés, láthatóan valaki berúgta,
