Maui Luxury Mountain-View Villa at Honua Kai

This property is amazing! When previously staying a neighbor hotel a few years ago, we walked past Honua Kai and knew we had to stay there next time. It did not let us down! The pools are amazing, and the water slide was a favorite of our kids. The location is ideal, beachfront and close to the grocery store and restaurants. Duke's restaurant is onsite, which we loved ordering from while poolside, but it's nice that they also allow outside food by the pool area. We loved using the BBQ area in the evenings. The actual room was clean and comfortable for our family of four, and having a kitchen is always a necessity when traveling with kids. The included beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and kids toys were very useful, and we also really appreciated the door code instead of physical keys to keep track of. Overall a perfect spot for our family trip. We will definitely visit again!

The provided 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner wasn't our favorite. We will bring our own conditioner next time.

Pool and beach were amazing, the kids absolutely loved the amenities and the space was great for a family. Food and adventures within driving distance and stunning sunrise and sunset each day.

Unfortunately there was a big storm during our stay and the power was off for over 30 hours. Nothing that the hosts or property could have done since it was out of everyone’s control, but it was challenging.

Friendly staff, laid back, clean

Everything was good

The property was beautiful and well cared for and the staff were responsive and helpful. The unit was well appointed and sparkling clean. Very luxurious feel. The bed was incredibly comfy. The unit was so quiet. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the deck. Included awesome beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and skimboards.

We enjoyed everything! Lots of families but it was not a problem for us being here as a couple.
