When contacting the property on the day they were helpful and friendly. I was very stressed but they were patient and understanding. Property were also very quick to return the damage deposit minus the charge for an additional last minute guest. A lovely welcome bag too with sweet treats.
The contact from the property regarding the check in process was not until the evening before which was late for me as I was busy so I did not see the instructions regarding the damage deposit until after the deadline which caused me unnecessary stress. I had been asking for a whole week what the process was as I knew I was going to be busy prior to checking in.

It was cleaan and cozy, the beds were comfy. It was a beautiful apartment. Fantastic location. Very happy. Definitely would stay again

The location was awesome, close to the central locations.
* The WiFi quality was really bad. When it was working, it was fine, but most of the time, it simply showed no internet.
* The second one is more critical. The door from inside was opening very hard, while from outside it was perfect 😐 We were spending 10 minutes each morning to open the door without any guarantees that the door would be opening at all. Fortunately, I didn't get into the panic mode, but it was really frustrating when we encountered that "surprise" on the first day.
