Quiet, very clean and fairly comfortable. Hot water and lighting was good and most appliances worked well.

TV didn't work and despite promising to come and fix it, no-one did. Not a tragedy but disappointing. Bed was 2 singles joined together but not very well as one slipped down beneath the other.

Location was great, easy walk 15 minute walk from the train station. Has all the facilities needed for a night in Cardiff.

A little cold in the bathroom.

Great location with a 15 mins walk to Principality Stadium, cardiff central station and shopping centre . Lots of nice touches like tea and coffee provided.
