Located just two blocks from University of Illinois campus and minutes from hospitals, this well-appointed four-bedroom home offers the space and comfort families, visiting faculty, and medical professionals need for both short and extended stays.
With five beds (1 king, 4 queens), the home comfortably accommodates groups while still providing privacy and quiet areas to relax. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to work remotely, complete research, or stay connected during longer visits.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home and the on-site parking is included - a major advantage in this campus-adjacent location.
Whether you're in town for graduation, campus events, research, hospital rotations, or simply visiting family, you'll appreciate having a true home base rather than just a place to sleep.

This is a wonderful, elegant, well-appointed stay. Close to campus in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again. Our family of 8 was very comfortable. I had a broken ankle so I did not venture to the basement but I was told it was cute. We appreciated the large kitchen. We would suggest to the host to maybe add a few items - measuring cups, mixing bowls, cutting board - there was nice cookware and we were able to cook a nice meal. We also appreciated that there was a high chair for my grandchild. The pictures of the property are very accurate.

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and this home was the perfect landing place. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and we especially loved having two tables, perfect for late-night board games. The host added so many thoughtful touches, from snacks and toiletries to a variety of coffee creamers, which made the stay feel extra welcoming. A very comfortable, beautiful home. Would absolutely stay again!
