House was as described in the listing. Host was very quick with responses. House did need some work to be done but we could see where they were working on it.

I must start this off by saying all was not in order when I checked in. It was not clean and not properly fitted with supplies, toilet paper, pots, pans, paper towels, etc, From what i understand that particular housekeeper was let go. However, after excellent communication and support from the property manager (Rachel), everything was quickly taken care of and the house was in good order, from doing a complete cleaning inside and outside to providing me with a refund of my cleaning fee and allowing me to stay an extra 2 days. All the staff I came into contact with were very polite and helpful. There were some other minor hiccups but again they were taken care of immediately. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the host was very attentive to our needs.

Older quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Enough room for the number of people. Good wifi. Great amenities.
