With two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, a bathroom, a separate guest restroom, and a charming balcony overlooking the Schwienau River, the apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Restaurants, shopping, and the famous monastery with the Ebstorf World Map are all within walking distance.

You reach the apartment on the 1st floor via a small hallway. From the modern open-concept kitchen, you enter the spacious and bright living/dining area. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) as well as a second small bedroom with a sleeper sofa. This room also contains a piano. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine. A separate guest restroom is also available.
From the living room, you can step out onto the small balcony overlooking the Schwienau. Enjoy a few hours of sunshine here surrounded by nature.
