Explore favorites like Screen Door, Canard, Slow Haste coffee, Whole Foods, and countless hidden gems along NE 28th and Burnside. Spend a sunny afternoon at Laurelhurst Park, catch a live show at Revolution Hall, or grab drinks at one of Portland’s countless microbreweries—there’s plenty to explore.

Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — You're in Portland's Kerns neighborhood, with the NE 28th Avenue restaurant row plus nearby cafes, shops, and Whole Foods a short walk from 925 NE 23rd Ave.



🚌 Bus — Several TriMet lines run on nearby streets, including Line 19 (Glisan/Canyon Rd) and Line 20 (Burnside/Stark), with service to downtown Portland. Check trimet.org for the best route.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations in the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is another option.



✈️ Airport — PDX can be reached by car or transit with a MAX Red Line connection; travel time varies.



Other Things to Note:

These townhouses share walls and the property is nestled near a freeway - urban, freeway and neighboring-home sounds can be audible at any time.



🚗 Street Parking

Do not park directly in front of the building Monday–Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM; those spaces are reserved for the neighboring business. Use surrounding side streets and follow posted signs.



⏰ Quiet Hours

10 PM - 7 AM (house rules)



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
