It’s also the ideal base for exploring all the region’s gems, all within 30 minutes of the cottage: Limoux with its carnival and blanquette, the Canal du Midi, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, the hiking trails that wind through the beautiful landscapes of the Aude, the Cathar castles of Lastours, and the Upper Aude Valley with its charming villages (Alet-les-Bains, Rennes-le-Château...). On-site, you’ll have a completely private terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill to enjoy meals outdoors or simply to relax and unwind under the southern sun, as well as access to the entire fenced-in, tree-lined outdoor area. The private swimming pool (6x3x1.70m, chlorinated) is at your disposal; you’ll have access to it at any time of day in complete privacy to cool off and splash around during the summer months. The cottage is attached to the owners’ home, with ground-level access via a hallway, and includes: - A large living area with a seating area featuring a sofa and a TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine). - Bedroom: one 140x190 cm bed. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Private, secure parking on the property. Garage for storing bicycles and motorcycles. Pets are not allowed due to the presence of cats on the property.
