Located in Portland’s sought-after Overlook neighborhood, this home is just one block from Mississippi Avenue—a lively hub of Portland culture. Walk to some of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, and local boutiques. The neighborhood is known for its walkability, friendly feel, and easy access to transit.



Downtown Portland is a drive or transit ride away, and the property is close to MAX light rail, bus lines, and freeway access for convenient travel around the metro area.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Mississippi Avenue is one of Portland's liveliest strips, packed with restaurants, bars, music venues, and unique shops — all within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden/Woodstock) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues with service to downtown.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share is another option. Portland's bike lane network offers another way to explore.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
