Before check-in, all guests are required to complete the Happy Guest registration, which includes signing the rental agreement and completing an ID verification.

Guests must also choose one of the following two options:

- Refundable $1,000 Security Hold – A temporary $1,000 authorization/hold will be placed and released after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
- $45 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable $45 fee covers stays of up to 10 nights. For stays longer than 10 nights, an additional $2 per day applies for each day beyond the first 10 nights.
