Fully stocked kitchen along with Keurig, toaster, microwave, and everything needed if you prefer to cook meals. Make yourself comfortable in front of the 75” tv in our comfortable living room during leisure time. Washer and dryer are located in basement. We do not have central air, but there is a portable A/C unit and ceiling fan in bedroom. Parking is available in the driveway adjacent to apartment. There’s a great bowling alley across the street that serves food and if you’re up for a short stroll there’s a Dairy Queen right around the corner. Solea Mexican restaurant offers a fabulous menu and is right off Highway 41. If you’re a hiking or disk/traditional golf enthusiast, opportunities are just a short drive away. Enjoy the cozy, comfortable atmosphere and amenities, minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, and a short drive from both Appleton and Oshkosh.
