- The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped and spacious. If you're a keen cook or pastry chef, you'll be able to take advantage of the many kitchen appliances available to prepare your finest menus! These include: an electric kettle, a bean-to-cup coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, dishwasher, induction hob (3 rings), oven and microwave, American fridge, wine cellar...
- A separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x190) - chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - wardrobe. Direct access to a private south-facing balcony with two sun loungers and a parasol. There is a step of approximately 50 centimetres between the access from the bedroom to the balcony.
- Bedroom 3: A spacious, light-filled master suite. It has a king-size bed (180x200), a large wardrobe and a relaxation area with armchair and sofa. Connected TV. Direct access to the bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer and hair straightener).
