Here you’ll be right in the thick of it—in the middle of the gray city by the gray sea, amidst the colorful hustle and bustle, and just a few steps away from the lively harbor with its diverse array of dining options.

The Location
The famous castle outside Husum with its beautiful castle park, the winding harbor alleys, and the charming old town are right on your doorstep. The market square, with the Tine Fountain—the city’s landmark—is also just a short walk away.
Whether you want to explore Theodor Storm’s birthplace or simply enjoy a relaxing getaway by the North Sea—Eddie’s Hafenstuuv is the perfect place for you.
Our small vacation apartment is located in the historic house that once belonged to Theodor Storm’s great-grandparents. With a view of his childhood home and the historic buildings on Rosenstraße, you’ll experience Husum’s cultural and culinary life firsthand and authentically.
And if you’re in the mood for nature, fresh sea air, and the cries of seagulls, you can reach Dockkoog or the idyllic health resort of Schobüll by bike in just a few minutes.

Amenities
The 50 m² apartment accommodates two people and features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining room overlooking Husum’s pedestrian zone. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, a cozy living room, and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and high-quality mattresses.

The thick stone walls of the house, built in 1749, ensure a pleasant indoor climate in both summer and winter. The apartment has been modernized without losing its historic charm—a unique combination that brings history to life and makes your stay unforgettable.

Special Features
A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Storage space for bicycles is available on the property. You can pull up right to the street to load and unload. For parking, there is a paid parking lot (€8 per day) in a multi-story garage in the immediate vicinity, approximately 150 meters away.

Four-legged companions are also very welcome here—you’re welcome to bring a dog along on your trip.

An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the total price. Additional linen packages can be added as an option.
