Renovated in 2023, this 80 m² house—suitable for 4 people—features an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with new beds and mattresses, two bathrooms, and a large, partially covered terrace. The balcony on the first floor is perfect for undisturbed sunbathing and even offers a small glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. For those who find the nearest waves too far away, the communal pool—just 40 m from the house—is available for a spontaneous dip.

The vacation home is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home:
air conditioning, heating, a TV in the living room, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, iron, and ironing board.
For young travelers, a high chair and beach toys are available.
For all board game enthusiasts, a small selection of popular games is provided.

Bed linens and towels are, of course, included in the price.

There is ample free parking directly in front of the house, so you won’t have to carry or drag your groceries and luggage very far upon arrival or departure.

All standard household supplies are provided in the accommodation (soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.).
The rule is: If something runs out, please restock it :)

Smoking is prohibited in the vacation home, and pets are not allowed.
