Our stay at Axel Hotel Valencia was absolutely fantastic. We spent 17 days traveling through Spain and stayed in six different hotels, and this one was by far the best of the entire trip. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the overall vibe of the hotel made it a pleasure to come back to every day.
The front desk team deserves special recognition — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference and set the tone for the whole stay.
Axel Hotel Valencia exceeded every expectation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the old town and the staff are excellent and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and lots of time so you are not rushed. Female solo traveller and I couldn't of picked a better hotel
