- Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during the busy season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) We can let you know if early check in or late check out will be available. If we can accommodate your request, we will be happy to! bonus: we do not charge extra!
Bed & Bath Linens:
- Bed and Bath linens are all provided (beach towels are not included)!
- Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property.
** For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.

- There are tons of restaurants in Surf City, North Topsail Beach and Sneads Ferry to choose from!
- If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars and several have live music all year round.
- One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!

The house was excellent and had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of supplies including lots of towels! Would definitely stay there again.

we were very happy with our stay. the house was very well equipped with more than i expected i packed up a bunch of stuff and didn't need it, they had it all covered. one thing i would suggest is that if you want to get a spot on the beach setup your stuff early because there is a public access right there and the people just come out and make a spot right where the end of the deck is. i would recommend this place, and i am hoping to be able to rent it again
