The reception staff are very helpful in communicating. I wanted to change rooms because there was a leak in the bathroom and the internet was very bad, so they changed my room.
The internet was bad, weak, and dropping out frequently in both rooms.

Its quiet at night, the location is far from the busy streets, and the staff (especially the manager, Hungar, were very friendy and helpful, and always available 24 hours a day) Firm beds, and everything you need in the room
It didnt bother me, because i wanted a quiet place to stay, but it is a little far from attractions. But it is very close to Living World, which is an amazing shopping and entertainment centre
