I arrived to meet a very pleasant gentleman manager who straightened out. reservation problems. I got a nice luxury room with a great view. I had great breakfasts with a nice view. All the staff who worked there were very attentive and polite. If something went wrong and I approached them, they responded quickly. The buildings were pleasant. The driveway is wonderful. The way the areas around the room are designed make it seem more spacious and relaxed. I liked the dining room. The staff spoke politely with respect.

I had a big confusion over the phone before I came as the person at the front desk told me I had no reservations. Then she told me she found me reservations for two days after the correct date. I had multiple texts going back and forth to correct the problem. The admin people tried to charge me a new amount by mistake. Upon my entry to the place, the manager fixed the problem, confirming my stay.

The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and luxurious. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and had great views from the balcony.

The access to the beach and restaurants in Hawa beach was a 10 minute walk down a steep hill. Not a big problem for me but the walk back up the hill would certainly be a challenge for people with mobility issues.
