The Tree - Adults only

Friendly staff, beautiful outdoor space

Everything is in USD not local currency. Booking any extra al services through them is massively overcharged in comparison to local services nearby.

Firstly, the staff! never have I been at a hotel with such lovely staff before. Every single staff member was so kind, friendly, chatty and so attentive. Honestly some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. As soon as you entered the hotel throughout your stay, you were greeted by all the staff so warmly, given a cold town to cool down and they asked if you required anything. 10/10 for the staff alone! I would come back just for them. The facilities are fantastic, able to use The Jungle and The Urban as they are sister hotels. The rooms were spotless, bed extremely comfortable and the AC worked well. The pool areas were beautiful, the food and drinks fantastic. Close to everything and some lovely cafe’s nearby. I had such a wonderful stay and so greatful for the staff for making it so!

nothing

Full service hotel at an excellent price. On a quiet street.

Skip the suite with the pool view. The suite was slightly larger than normal room and to see the pool you have to open the window and stick your head out.

Beautiful setting, swimming pool, atmosphere. Great place to stay. Not far from main street in town. Staff were very helpful and friendly

No TV in room
