Swing & Pillows - Imbi Bukit Bintang

Big room and washroom. Nazim was very friendly and helpful.

The noise/concert from Braintree plaza in front of TRX

Triple bed and the location. The staffs are very welcoming and let us put our luggage after checking out. TRX mall is just across the street and walking distance to the Pavilion.

The renovation upstairs was so loud when we first checked in so we had to go immediately.

Highly Recommended Budget Stay with Outstanding 5-Star Service by Nasir! Exceptional Customer Service, Affordable Price, Budget-Friendly, Great Staff Behavior. Basic facilities (as expected for a budget hotel). I stayed at Twister Hotel last night and felt compelled to write this review to help fellow travelers. If you are looking for luxury 5-star facilities, please note that this is a cheap and budget-friendly hotel with standard amenities. However, the hospitality here easily beats a 5-star experience! The highlight of my stay was the front office officer Nasir. As a frequent traveler who has been to many places, I have rarely encountered someone so genuinely cheerful, polite, and professional. Nasir is incredibly helpful, well-mannered, and always greets guests with an infectious smile. While the property itself is simple and low-cost, Nasir's high-level customer service completely elevates the entire experience. If you are looking for an affordable stay in this area with top-notch hospitality, Twister Hotel is a fantastic choice. Huge thanks to Nasir for making my stay so pleasant! Will definitely visit again.
