Nice location, great view, especially in the morning Close to Shellharbour Village. Has two big lounge areas, and a nice kitchen. Ideal for a family get together as it is quite spacious and set out for a family.
It’s advertised as 4 bedrooms, however a bedroom in my view should give you privacy. If you have young children, then yes, the 4th bedroom works, but not for adults (I have adult children and partners) as there are doors, but one leads to the main area and the other to another bedroom, so the person in the 4th bedroom really has no control over the door. There are 2 bathrooms, but no ensuite to the master bedroom.
