Super location not only the physical location but space within the complex itself. The water park was super clean and fun for the entire family. Will definitely stay again with other family members.

We were in Buffalo NY when the Blizzard shut down many states. Our flights were canceled and we tried postponing our stay since we could not get to Florida. Vacasa was not willing to help except gave us until the next week to try to get new tickets or to drive down. We did end up getting there but it was very difficult to get tickets as they were triple the price than what we purchased our first ones. I recommend getting insurance because even when it’s a natural disaster you are f&$!ed!
