For groups of up to 22 people, we make the entire Statthaus available exclusively to you. This allows you to arrange the apartments however you like and explore Cologne from your very own home base. The statthaus apartments are ready to move into immediately and are ideal for city explorers and those who prefer to cook for themselves: they all feature a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet, an intercom system, and—upon request—even a personalized doorbell nameplate.
