THE SPACE

The Lake House sits on a 700sqm corner block beside the Lake Coogee walking trails, between Coogee Beach and Cockburn Central. It sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and an upstairs sofa bed, with three separate living zones. The home has two 14kW ducted air-conditioning units with individual zoning.

The fenced backyard on the corner block is safe space for kids and dogs (pets are welcome). Cook on the BBQ under the alfresco, then walk the Lake Coogee trails from the doorstep. Multiple playgrounds are minutes away.
