We loved our stay! The house was located in a private and quiet area. Perfect proximity to UT campus and restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor spaces. My son’s favorite was the combo ping pong/ pool table. Host was very good with communication. Great pet friendly home, our dog loved it here.

What a beautiful, cozy place to spend a week! The house was tucked away from all the busyness and noise. The bed was comfy and the house had amazing outdoor space. The front porch was an excellent place to enjoy morning coffee. Despite feeling remote and rural, the house was only 10-15 minutess from all the downtown fun - restaurants, breweries, shops. We loved the Zoo and Ijams. We also made several trips into the Smokies to hike and look for bears. It was a great trip and a lovely place to stay. Also a bonus - the host was wonderful - she was responsive and gave great tips and suggestions.

Well stocked, clean and conveniently located and we appreciated it being pet friendly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Set up nicely for our stay. Nice outside spaces. Quiet area, but still close enough to town that using ride share apps is still convenient and affordable.
