A complimentary starter supply is provided for day one only:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Travel-size hand soap and shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• Dish detergent and sponge
* Basic kitchen essentials are included (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils).
* No condiments, seasonings, coffee (or filters), or tea are provided.
Pool Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45/day
• Must be requested for the entire stay
• Must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival
• Last minute reservations we cannot accept pool heating
• Heating takes 24–48 hours

The Kitchen had all the tools necessary to have a nice meal if needed. The place was clean.

Enjoyed the stay but the dryer quit working after the second day and they had to order a part to fix it so we could not use the dryer. They offered the use of another condo to dry the clothes, but it was not ideal. Overall, enjoyed the rental. Easy access to parks, gated community with security.

The rental was overall an okay stay, we didn’t stay in the house much accept for one day, which also helped. Any concerns I had during my visit were communicated to the host, who responded promptly and addressed them in a timely manner.I appreciated the host's responsiveness and willingness to make adjustments. That said, the property could benefit from additional attention to cleanliness and better cleaning routine, both inside and outside the home. The overall freshness of the space and some updates or upgrades would also help enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was an okay stay with room for improvement, but I’d recommend a more detailed cleaning for both interior and exterior from the cleaning team. Examples: We had to purchase cleaning supplies (a sponge,AWESOME spray, and Lysol), which we left behind because when we turned the sinks on little pieces of black mold came from the faucets. So I sprayed and cleaned them all throughly so ensure my daughter didn’t get sick.The home has a stale/musty odor.Kitchen was clean and presentablePool deck and furniture had thick cobwebs as though it wasn’t touched in a while so I did spray everything down with the hose. They did replace the hose in a timely fashion due to dry rotting and having a hole in it once communicated.
