Nestled on a peaceful dead-end street just steps away from public beach access, this beautiful retreat is ideal for families seeking both comfort and adventure.

Shore 2 Please comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or vacations with friends. The home features a thoughtfully designed reverse floor plan. You’ll find the spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas located on the top floor, where breathtaking ocean views await!
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances and comes with everything needed for delightful home-cooked meals. Enjoy your morning coffee with ease using our Keurig coffee maker, and take advantage of our array of cookware, utensils, and convenient amenities including a blender, toaster, ice maker, and crock pot. We also provide a selection of K-cups, teas, creamer, and sugar to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Dine in style at the generous dining room table that seats eight or gather around the bar seating for four in this open-concept space, perfect for creating lasting memories with loved ones.
Luxurious Bedrooms
On the top level, unwind in the master en-suite Bedroom #1, which features a king-size bed, private bathroom with a double vanity, standalone shower, and a separate jetted bathtub. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch balcony while soaking in picturesque ocean views.
Venture down to the second floor, where you’ll discover four additional bedrooms:
- Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed with ocean views and a private bathroom (shower/tub combo).
- Bedroom #3: Another queen room with ocean views and its own private bathroom (shower/tub combo).
- Bedroom #4: A queen bed with stunning intracoastal views and a private bathroom (shower/tub combo).
- Bedroom #5: Perfect for the kids, this room features two bunk beds (with a trundle) accommodating up to five guests, plus a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This level also includes exciting arcade games, and a cabinet filled with board games and cards, ensuring entertainment for the whole family!
Outdoor Paradise
The outdoor space is just as impressive, featuring a private pool, an outdoor shower, and a gas grill for family barbecues. Enjoy al fresco dining at the high-top table or relax on the lounge chairs by the poolside. Please note, the pool is private and unattended; all swim at their own risk, and adult supervision is required for children.
Golf Cart Included
To make your stay even better, we’ve included a 6-passenger golf cart for your convenience during your visit. (Proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license, and a signed golf cart agreement are required.)
The garage provides ample storage for beach gear, including chairs, umbrellas, cornhole board and accessories, so you can easily make the most of your sun-soaked beach days.
Linen and Towel Service Policy
We provide a comprehensive linen and towel service for your convenience, which includes:
- Top and fitted sheets per bed
- Pillowcases
- One set of towels per person (each set consists of 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth)
- One kitchen towel
For our guests' peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather-related trip interruptions or cancellations, nor for any other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans or use of the property.
Booking and Cancellation Terms:
- Last Minute Bookings: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure linens can be provided.
- Cancellation Policy : One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
While a cleaning fee is included in your reservation, please be mindful to follow the check-out procedures. Leaving the home excessively dirty may result in additional cleaning charges, which you will be responsible for.
Guest Requirements:
- You must be at least 26 years old to make a booking.
- If your group consists of individuals who are not related, the average age of all adults (excluding children) must also be 25 years or older.
- Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others; the individual who pays for the reservation must also be present during the stay.
House Rules:
-We maintain a strict no-party policy. Events such as house parties, proms, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any gatherings of this nature are not permitted.
-Check-in after 4:00 PM

-Quiet hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-Self check-in with smart lock
-Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited both inside the property and in areas surrounding it. A fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is violated. Additionally, charcoal grills, fire pits, and deep fryers are not allowed on the premises.
For your safety, please note that there are exterior security cameras monitoring the parking area and entrances. If the property has a fireplace, kindly refrain from using it, as it is solely for decorative purposes.
Hurricane Policy: In the event of a mandatory or voluntary ordered evacuation all guests must evacuate immediately. Refunds are not given for natural disasters; however, trip interruption insurance is available to purchase at the time of your reservation and may be added any time before your final payment is due. This offers coverage for medical emergencies, death in the family, and natural disasters such as hurricanes. A full description of the coverage can be found at https:// rentalguardian.com/
Damage Waiver: As part of your rental reservation, you have paid a non-refundable damage waiver fee. The damage waiver fee releases you from responsibility for any accidental damage that may occur to the property during your rental period, up to $1,500 in value (including materials and labor costs). Intentional damages, damages caused by gross negligence and/or removal of items included in the rental that go missing will not be covered by this waiver. Expenses for damages that will not be covered may include but are not limited to costs to replace missing items, extra cleaning charges due to excessively dirty or sandy conditions, smoking in the unit, pet related damages, intentional acts or neglect, and any damage that occurs due to violation of the lease agreement. Any accidental damages more than $1,500 AND/OR any intentional damage or theft, shall be the responsibility of the renter and will be billed to renter. If we have your credit card on file, then these excess expenses will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Shore 2 Please was an exceptional property, starting with the booking process (and promptly answered questions) through to check out. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The house came with so many wonderful extras, like extra beach towels, games, beach equipment, a fantastic 6 passenger golf-cart and even free ice cream from the ice cream truck at the end of the week! The pool was enjoyable and was a great size! You honestly can't top the location of the house with a walk on to the beach just steps away from the house. We've stayed at multiple houses over the years in OIB, and this house pretty much is at the top of the list! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The hosts were fabulous with their communication and the information they provided and responded very quickly to all of our questions. The house is well laid out and has plenty of room and a very large washing machine! The beach was not crowded and access was very convenient and the golf cart was a real plus!

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect for families with young kids, and the house is set up so well for a relaxing vacation. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for.The communication with the host was truly outstanding. They responded to every question incredibly quickly and were so helpful throughout our stay, which made the entire experience even better.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone, especially families with young children!
