Opinie

This is the single worst experience I've ever had renting a house for a vacation, and it's not close. Communication: The host was unresponsive generally and also wouldn't respond until after 10:00 at night, so when I had questions about the house and where to park, etc the day before I received no response. I contacted VRBO and they couldn't get them either. VRBO escalated it to a possible refund but they eventually did get back within their final time frame. Condition of the house: It was awful. When we arrived we ordered some take out because we had traveled and when we went to get silverware, it was all dirty in the drawer. There were only 3 knives and they were literally stuck together with some gooey substance. The plates in the cupboards were wet with dirty, brown water. The floors were sticky. The pictured 4 red chairs in the dining room were present but only 3 were intact. One of them had no back on it (that was broken off and shoved behind the washer dryer) and the rest was stuck under the table. This all occurred around 6:00PM. I chose to vacate the property because of the aforementioned communication issues (if I complained to the host, and they didn't get back until 10:00 again, when would they have come to clean?). Given the condition of the other living spaces I had zero confidence that the bedding was clean at all. Were we supposed to sleep in the beds that I couldn't trust were clean? So we left, and they have offered us no refund. Avoid this house.

Host was easy to work with. Wasn’t very clean. Floors were sticky. Was no access to patio as described on website. 1 queen mattress was not comfortable in upstairs bedroom. Accessibility was good and only short walk to a lot of attractions and eateries.
