Perfect position in the heart of Olbia. Close to everything you need. Just 5 minutes away from the centre. Perfect if you don't want to use the car and prefer to walk.

The property itself is well maintained and very clean, but unfortunately the overall stay was far from comfortable. The biggest issue is the complete lack of service or anyone you can actually contact if you need assistance. It’s perfectly normal to need something during a stay, but receiving no support at all even after sending a message is extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, a very poor way to manage hospitality. The comfort of the room was also disappointing. The pillows were terrible, so thin that they were practically non-existent, and the bed itself was very uncomfortable. There was no iron available, which I can understand, but it becomes particularly frustrating when you have clothes packed in a suitcase and you can’t even hang them up properly because there were only four hangers in the wardrobe. Overall, the property is clean and well maintained, but it seriously lacks attention to guests’ comfort and, above all, customer service. Not having anyone available to help or even respond when you contact them made the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing.
