Great location, very quiet.
Very clean.
I found the double bed a bit firm so I slept in one of the single beds which was very comfortable.
Got earlier check in, great communication.
Living room settee a bit firm.

Nice comfortable place clean tidy
Only couple of things,
Be nice to have a freezer,
Blinds everywhere no curtains which meant was woken up at 5.30. By the sun. Did buy a eye mask.

The location was great for Yorkshire Wildlife Park. There was enough off street parking for our three cars. The house was warm, clean and tidy with comfortable beds and a dining room. It was very quiet at night. The hosts were great with communication, and access was easy.
There could have been more cooking equipment for us as we like to cook our own food. The sofa bed in the lounge was not very comfortable as a sofa. We are a bit older.
