Dellshire Resort

The whole resort was impressive. Visually, arrival was exciting because the pictures don't do it justice. Stunning. Our room was nice (King with bunk beds), bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine (I would have preferred a little more counter space and a wider shower). Exploring was a treat! The arcade was fun (don't waste tokens on the claw machines), the lounge was inviting and comfortable, we spent a lot of time at the 21+ pool which was very nice to have once the resort got a bit busier, but the best part by far was the food! We ate both breakfast and supper there. For breakfast, you get 5 choices and they're all you can eat. We each received a free mimosa. All this great tasting food for $23 each was a great deal. For supper, we had the bread and butter board for an appetizer, my husband got the bone in ribeye and I ordered the New York strip, we received a delicious Dubai chocolate torte on the house for our anniversary. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dellshire!

The room was clean enough, but we did find some hairs on the shower wall and around the toilet. Also, once we had people in the room above us, we could hear lots of loud footsteps and muffled voices.

Brand new and very unique. Clean and well constructed, the dragon blowing fire was fire!

We realized it was the off season, but keeping posted hours is important, especially for ppl who have traveled many miles and count on dinner times and other posted times. Also, being able to do a turn down for your room and freshen towels daily without having to prompt is such a bonus when you go to a resort….and this didn’t happen even after asking. Ice machines on each floor and more laundry machines would be another suggestion. The staff was great, there were a few that weren’t very helpful and came off slightly rude, but other than that our overall experience was amazing and we will recommend!

Very clean, feels high end. Great location near the dells and downtown. The dragon in the front is really cool. The flames went off while we were taking pictures and we had a good scare.

THE POOL HOURS ARE UNACCEPTABLE!!!! We had to check out at noon and wanted to use the pool in the morning. A worker let us in just after 9am. But a mean lady was super pissed off that we were using the hot tub and made us feel very uncomfortable. 10am is too late to open. 9pm is too early to close. For this reason, I wouldn't go back

New resort and nice landscaping, interior and exterior decor was great, pools were nice and fires as well but it’s not working properly

Inexperienced customer service and restaurant food was terrible and extremely expensive, bath room supplies was not refilled and towels were torn , not clean even after get room service as well, no microwave, refrigerator don’t have a freezer in it. My food gets bad because of it.
