Location was great

After booking, the confirmation process was too complex. There were too many emails which had to be answered under threat on cancellation. Far too many steps and unnecessary security holding fee. There was an obvious lack of attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the apartment with dusty skirting boards, crinkled bed linen and item from the previous guests left behind the bedroom door. Numerous carpet stains and wall markings prompting us to photograph these defects for fear our hold deposit would not be returned. Lack of a coffee machine & and pods as provided by most other Air B N Bs for this price range. We had to hunt for the coffee and tea satchel’s eventually find a bag of stale item in a plastic bag in the highest cupboard of the kitchen.

Good location in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. free parking. Comfortable apartment , modern and beautifully appointed. The number to call was helpful .

To complicated finding timely information. Trying to search Booking.com website, smss and emails at the last minute when youre tired and disoriented from the travel . Information like password numbers . locating the lock box is split between sms s and emails sent at different times and hidden behind paragraphs and sentences of text. An unpleasant start to the accomodation - when the actual accomodation is very very pleasant. No instructions in the accomodation eg how to find the gym and pool - hunt the whole biulding to locate it as theres no signs. AC isnt working well - probably because the filters havnt been cleaned , front room was very very hot with no AC there and the main AC not able to pump cool air into the front room . The remote for the car parking is only opening the exit door forcing you to drive on the wrong side to get in . The parking bay for room 607 could not be found, we parked in any empty bay and hoped this didnt inconvenience the bay owners. The parking bays are all randomly assigned and not in any order . We drove around the whole two lower levels with all 4 passengers looking for the number. The result of all this, locating the code . locating the laundromat locating the parking bay :took 1 hour to finally get into the accomodation by which time you were feeling sick from exhaustion .

Great location. Apartment nice

Bedding, sheets, pillows and doona terrible. Key pick up and drop off inadequate both times as locked box didn’t work. Only one key which was very inconvenient as 2 couples travelling together which is why we booked 2 bedroom apartment with 2 queen beds, not twins. Advised $50 to get extra key. Did have one problem as locked key in apartment by mistake. Advised to contact locksmith at our cost which we consequently did. Would recommend apartment if bedding is improved but don’t book if you expect to be like a hotel as there is no assistance what so ever by local agent. On your own if have a problem.
