Loved the location fo the concert. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Rooms were a little pricey but given the location it was it was ok.
Not a real negative, but my wife is afraid of elevators, so stair access would’ve been nice

Clean, welcoming, convenient, safe, comfortable
The bathroom didn’t have a bathtub for my daughter to take a bath

It is a new hotel so it is very clean. But both the architecture and the decor are rather generic and cold. Bed was very comfortable and shower was good.
We requested at the reception that our room be serviced. When we return in the evening g the room had not been serviced at all. Our used coffee cups were still dirty, no coffee replaced for the next morning , bed was not made, trash was not picked up. Included breakfast was mediocre.Very disappointing for a very new hotel.
