Interior was nice, well maintained and had basically everything we needed to cook and wash clothes during our stay. Good TV options, though we brought a laptop and streamed TV from our home account. The owner was very responsive and addressed minor concerns about parking when we first arrived very quickly. The location was less than 20 minutes drive from literally every single site you'd want to see in DC. Very convenient.

The front yard and space is rather unkempt, needed to be cleaned up to assist in locating the unit. Vegetation was overgrown. In the back terrace area, neighbors' areas were unkempt and created issues while parking. I realize that the owner can't help that, just providing information. However, the vegetation around the terrace is overgrown and the cover for the outside furniture on the patio had been blown halfway off at our arrival. There was standing water inside the folds of the cover with mosquitoes EVERYWHERE. The mosquitoes were so bad, we couldn't use the patio and dozens of them would fly into the apartment every time we entered or exited to or from our car. The weather was cool so the mosquitoes surprised us. They were only concentrated to that one area, which leads me to believe that they were laying eggs in the standing water in the furniture cover.
