location was excellent for me as it was close to my family and close to public transport
Room and bathroom modern and clean
Kitchen facilities very clean and well presented
No contact with owners. I had nothing to complain about but if I had would have been difficult

Great location and exceptional price! Private room and ensuite. Walk to shops and amenities. Quiet street, not traffic noise. Very modern and clean with good facilities.
The keypads on the doors were very loud. You could hear all of the other guests entering and leaving their rooms. The front door was also very loud and did not close properly - often slamming. While the room was clean, there was a toothbrush left on the top of the shower door.

Clean
Comfortable
Air con good when working
Easy to use reassuring code locks
There was an issue where the air con was being turned up to 26 degrees after I had gone to bed making for very hot nights
