What is really great about this property is that it is one a nice side street but with great access to town and to a great series of pubs down the road at the end of the street.
However, the best bit was that I lost the keys at work (an hour away) and informed the letting agents. By the time I got back a replacement set was in the key locker- amazing and thank-you!
I got a parking ticket outside the property. The letting agents had formally informed the Council I was parking there, but they still went ahead and ticketed me.
