very central location at the Groote Markt, nice spacious studio apartment, fully furnished kitchen with nespresso coffee maker and pods, free wifi, comfortable bed and very pleasant and responsive host. Big window with plenty of light. A/C unit was available, but wasn't needed during my stay. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but has an elevator.
The window opened to several other houses, not on a street or garden. On the roof of one of the houses an industrial a/c ran 24/7, so it was quite noisy all through the night if the window was left open. The bathroom grouting could use some mould remover, the TV was not connected to any antenna or cable and therefore not usable.
