Total floor area: 160 m² including the attic areas. 3 terraces, carport for 1 or 2 cars depending on size, private tarmac parking, land. On the mountainside, overlooking the village of Hauteluce, the chalet is located very close to the Chosal chairlift which connects to the Saisies/Espace Diamant ski area. A free shuttle 1.5 km from the chalet takes you to the Saises resort and its famous Nordic ski area, or to Hauteluce 1650-Val Joly linking the Les Contamines-Montjoie ski area. In summer, the 800 m² gently sloping terrain will delight children to frolic in this natural space.
