We were there for CCU Grad with family and friends. 20 min most activities The nice views, wildlife, golfing, and pool. House had a lot of open areas to enjoy

Our stay was disappointing overall due to several issues that suggested the property was not adequately prepared for guests.When we arrived, there was a noticeable foul odor throughout the home, overflowing trash outside, dishwasher full with dirty items and other indications that the property had not been properly cleaned before our check-in. While the surfaces appeared to have received some attention, the overall cleanliness fell well below what we’ve experienced at other VRBO rentals.The beds were uncomfortable as you sunk in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The shower didn’t work in one bathroom and many of the sink stoppers were broken.Our pool passes were missing, but instead of bringing them to us, we were asked to drive 30 minutes to pick them up after 3dsys without access to the pool.Another surprise was an unannounced visit from pest control early one morning while our group was still asleep. Although the service was necessary due to the trash, advance notice was needed.The kitchen was minimally equipped compared to most vacation rentals we’ve used. We had to purchase a large mixing bowl and baking pan. We did appreciate the attached two-car garage, but no clicker was provided. Management company only offered to send someone to clean the house again 2days later but we had already cleaned the night we arrived due to the odor. Unfortunately, between the cleanliness concerns, maintenance I wouldn’t recommend this location.
