This location is fabulous. It’s about as beachfront as possible with views to water. Club membership allows access to an amazing facility although pools don’t open until march 15. A few minor things weren’t working when we arrived. Overall 5 stars and would love to rent again

Enjoyed our time as a family and how close we were to water.

Property/location were exactly what we expected based on the listing. Waterfront view excellent. Access to beach was perfect.

For the amount of money that is charged the condo needs to be updated. When we got there I had to plunge the downstairs bathroom sink and pulled up mounds of sand. Both the upstairs and downstairs bath tub faucets leaked like crazy. The plunger for the downstairs tub was stuck I had to take it apart to fix it. The sheets on one of the twin beds were dirty, when I talked to the property manager they just said they were sorry and didn't offer to fix it.
